How long do we keep access?
A full year from enrollment. Learn at your own pace and revisit any course as often as you need during that year.
Are the courses self-paced and online?
Yes — every course is 100% online and self-paced. Start, pause and resume on any device, anytime in your access year. There are no live sessions to attend and no fixed schedule.
How many hours is the training?
About 14 hours in total across the seven courses. Each course is split into short modules, so people complete them in sittings that fit around work rather than in one go.
Can I enroll a whole team?
Yes. For 5 or more people we quote on seat count — use the "A team (5+)" option above to send us your numbers. Each person gets their own login, progress tracking and training certificates, and you get consolidated completion records.
What do the training certificates prove?
Each course issues a certificate of completion and is CPD accredited. It carries the learner's name, course title, date and a verification code, documenting that the training was completed — useful evidence for your records. It is not a government-issued credential or license.
Does this make us compliant?
It's awareness training that supports your obligations under rules like the FTC Safeguards Rule and state privacy laws by training staff and giving you completion records. It doesn't, by itself, satisfy any specific legal requirement — your overall security and privacy program does.
Will we get records we can use in an audit?
Yes. Completion is tracked per learner, and certificates can be downloaded and kept in your compliance file as evidence of training for auditors, insurers and client security questionnaires.
